What you set your affection on, will determine where you go.
We all have certain desires in our heart. We all want to do something interesting and which is pleasing to our heart. Where our heart is, there we go. We always want to live in the moments where we feel better, loving and find happiness in them.
Have you ever thought where are we heading towards? Are we doing the right things at right time? Are we living according to God’s will and fulfilling His purpose? Are we living in the faith we ought to be? Are we pleasing God or people?
Know your heart’s desire and God’s purpose for you. Live according to what’s rightly cited in the word. Walk in His righteousness, His goodness, His faithfulness. Because all that we do may come to an end but God’s will and promises will never pass away.
Set your heart on things above. On things which builds your life. Plan your career according to God’s will. Ask God. Strive for it. Succeed.
“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” – John 15:5 ESV
